My business journey started around the age of 19. I was introduced to a multi level marketing company and went in full force. The network and education I received was better than my accounting and IT degrees. It changed my mindset from that of an employee and expanded it into a entrepreneur one. I would spend the next set of years after graduating from college working for a company and refining my first real business idea.

Within a few short years I was out of corporate America and building my own company -an alcohol infused ice cream company if you can believe it. Within a few years we went from a single location in Cincinnati to a national franchise with locations in 14 states and still growing. From these experiences and others I started to understand how to build teams, implement scalable processes, and manage a growing business with a decentralized approach. This has allowed me to gain valuable experience and given me the ability to help others who were in my shoes.

I want to help those who don’t have help or a mentor and those who want to fast track success with a willingness to put in the effort.
